Sheetal Menon is an Indian model and actress hailing from Kerala and Mangalore. She is known for her expertise in Bharatanatyam and Odissi classical dance, having trained under the guidance of Guru Smt.

Starting her career as a model, Sheetal gained recognition and became a prominent figure in the industry. She was associated with the agency led by Atul Kasbekar and became a face for various renowned lifestyle brands. Additionally, she was selected as a Kingfisher Model in 2005 and 2008.

While pursuing her final year of college, Sheetal joined Anupam Kher’s acting course, Actor Prepares.

Her acting debut came in the film “Bhram – An Illusion,” directed by Pawan Kaul and produced by Nari Hira. She has appeared in notable films such as “Shaitan” (2011) directed by Bejoy Nambiar, “Julayi” (2012) in Telugu, and “David” (2013).
